Arizona's Capitol. It is a complex of several buildings: the Old Capitol Building (with the 'Winged Victory' at the top of the dome), the high rising State Capitol Executive Tower with a lower north and south wing, the State Senate and the House of Representatives of Arizona.

The State Capitol Museum presents exhibits and programs on government in the Arizona Territory and early Statehood days and is located on the first floor, north of the copper dome, in the Old Capitol Building.

Monument Park. The park is named after a former Arizona governor, Wesley Bolin Memorial Plaza, and stands across the State Capitol Museum in downtown Phoenix. The park spreads across two square blocks and is home to several monuments honoring those who have contributed to Arizona. See photos below.

The Winged Victory (photo below, on the left) stands at the top of the dome of the Old Capitol. The statue stands 17 feet tall, is made out of zinc and weighs 700 pounds. In her right hand is a liberty torch, and her other hand holds a victory wreath. The statue is actually a weather vane that is moved by the wind.
The statue of Lt. Frank Luke jr. (photo in the middle), a pilot in WW I, stands at the entrance of the Capitol Mall, the square in front of the Capitol.
The old bell (right) sits in front of the Old Capitol building.
